The articles and tips on this website are based on published clincal studies – not fads or quick fixes. Berit’s message is that the food we choose to eat can have a great effect on our health. We can choose foods that help us concentrate, give us more energy, help us stay calm and positive, boost our immune system and help us minimize the risk of developing serious illnesses including cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
